The Beverley Charron Memorial Award

The Beverley Charron Memorial Award is presented annually to an upper-year student enrolled in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) program at Nipissing University. Eligible applicants must be residents of Ontario, demonstrate financial need as defined by OSAP, and submit a short letter (maximum 500 words) endorsed by the student’s Clinical Instructor and/or Clinical Professors describing the student’s commitment to patient care, professional attitude toward nursing, and the importance of compassionate bedside manner in their practice. Final approval of the recipient rests with the faculty in the School of Nursing.
