The Jane Palmer Award in Education

Established to honour the life of Jane Palmer, teacher for 36 years, several within a multicultural school, in recognition of her dedication and passion for teaching. The award is presented to a 1st or 2nd year Bachelor of Education student in the Primary/Junior division as Nipissing University. The recipient must demonstrate financial need and academic excellence. Preference will be given to a student who is from the Manitoulin area, is creative, with some musical background
