The R.W. Pyper Award

The R.W. Pyper Award honours Mr. Robert (Bob) Pyper’s 32-year dedication to teaching. It is presented annually to a full-time, upper-year student in the Schulich School of Education who shows strong academic standing, commitment to the teaching profession, and
clear potential for excellence. The recipient must also demonstrate financial need. Students self-nominate, with final approval provided by faculty. Preference is given to students pursuing Mathematics or Music as a teachable subject.
